Ranked Revenue Bootcamp Review: $39 Rank-And-Rent, A $129 Cliff, And Not Unemployable

Ben Van Harten, founder of Ranked Revenue Bootcamp, at a laptop
Ben Van Harten. Official Skool owner photo, @bennyvee. Photographed person, not an AI face. Not the Dutch ggz Ben. Not the Diemx GM. Not Twitch bennyvee.

On August 15, 2026, Ranked Revenue Bootcamp sat at 339 members and $39 a month.

The about page says the first 340 lock that price for life. After 340, new members pay $129.

One empty chair. Then the cliff.

The guy selling the chair is Ben Van Harten. Skool: @bennyvee. Bio: Canadian living in Thailand. Time zone in the profile JSON: Asia/Bangkok. The company on file is Triangle City Inc., 150 Sunnyridge Road, Jerseyville, Ontario. That company is a Google Ads shop for contractors. It is not the Skool. The Skool is not this site. Same neighborhood. Different porch. Different face. I found no public tie to Unemployable, to Shiv, to Kyle, or to LocalMotive. I am not inventing a family reunion so the article feels warmer.

That’s the person. Here’s the pitch, in his mouth, before I start throwing receipts.

BUILD LOCAL WEBSITES. RANK ON GOOGLE. GET CALLS. GET PAID. Build an army of rank-and-rent websites that take over local markets, pay you passively, and buy back your freedom. Pick profitable niches and overlooked cities. Build the sites fast with AI. Rank. Bring in real calls. Set up the Google profile. Cheap call tracking. Lead forwarding. Find contractors who need more jobs. Rent the calls to those contractors for a recurring monthly fee. AI website builder and optimization tools included for free. Weekly rank-and-rent lessons. Start today. Lock in your price for life. Cancel anytime.

Tired of random side hustles. Tired of cold calling with nothing to offer. Tired of expensive software stacks. Tired of guessing.

Same page, smaller type: results vary. No specific income, rankings, leads, or results are guaranteed. You will be charged after 7 days unless you cancel. No refunds after the trial ends.

I still lose the screwdriver in the junk drawer every time a plate comes off the wall. You think I’m building an army of contractor-call sites from a $39 login that is one member from a $129 jump?

Read on for my Ben Van Harten / Ranked Revenue Bootcamp review.

What you’re actually clicking: three different products with one face. The review target is the private Skool at skool.com/rankedrevenuebootcamp. Discover Trending, August 15, 2026, page 2, rank #45: $39/mo · 339 members. Official about copy: $39 for the first 340 members, then new people pay $129/month. 7-day trial. No refunds after. The toolkit at rankedrevenue.xyz is member software, operated by Triangle City Digital. Triangle City Inc. is a done-for-you Google Ads shop for contractors. Do not mash those three. Not Unemployable. IG: bennyveeofficial.

Who even is Ben Van Harten?

Public name: Ben Van Harten. Legal name on the Canadian register: Benjamin Andrew Van Harten. ISC styles it BEN Andrew VAN HARTEN. Skool handle @bennyvee. Joined Skool July 3, 2023. Owner and only admin of Ranked Revenue Bootcamp. One owned community on the profile this pass.

He is also director and more-than-75% shareholder of Triangle City Inc., federal CBCA corporation 1412696-3, incorporated June 14, 2022. Active. Business number 719234205RC0001. Registered office: 150 Sunnyridge Road, Jerseyville, ON L0R 1R0. ISC uses Hamilton ON L0R 1R0. Same rural Hamilton / Ancaster patch. Email on the agency site: ben@vanharten.ca. SMS line: +1 (888) 658-8548.

Pre-Skool career, his telling, undated, on trianglecitydigital.com: a decade mastering the craft of being an electrician. Then helping other contractors get visibility. A follow-up system that “doubled the amount of jobs booked at my electrical company.” That’s his origin story. I did not stand in the van.

He also shows up as a named testimonial, “CEO of Triangle City Digital,” on a Jay cold-email Selar page. He is the reviewer there. Not the seller. Owner metadata: Instagram bennyveeofficial, X BennyVOfficial, Facebook bennyveeofficial. YouTube and LinkedIn empty. Socials login-walled this pass. Skool badge: mrr_status: clover. That is a platform badge, not a dollar figure. I still can’t keep a punch card in one piece. You think I’m opening his Stripe?

This is not Ben van Harten the Dutch ggz / Spark Academy AI trainer. Not Ben van Harten, General Manager at Diemx Machine Inc. in Dundas, Ontario. Same province. Different job. Not Van Harten Surveyors in Guelph. Not Professor Gus Van Harten. Not Twitch bennyvee, the War Thunder streamer. Not Benny V the London DnB DJ. Not Rank Revenue, the UK B2B SEO shop. Not Trustpilot’s Rankedboost pile. If a Dutch LinkedIn or a game-boost 1-star farm sent you, close the tab.

Decade
Electrician, his telling. “A decade mastering the craft.” Then a follow-up system that doubled booked jobs at his electrical company. trianglecitydigital.com. Undated. Self-reported.

339 members. $39. One seat from 340. Discover Trending page 2, #45. On-platform reviews dated Aug 13 to 15. Classroom still private from the sidewalk.

Three products. Stop mashing them.

People are going to flatten this into “the rank-and-rent guy.” There are three invoices hiding in one face.

Ranked Revenue Bootcamp is the thing you’re reviewing. Private Skool. $39 a month right now. 7-day trial. Checkout is “START FREE TRIAL.” No application call this pass. Group created August 19, 2025. Metadata: 13 courses, 60 modules, 146 posts, 1 admin, 10 online, 3 rules whose text is hidden logged-out. Logged-out /plans and /classroom reprint the about copy. One price in the JSON: $39.00 USD a month. Affiliate cut in metadata: 40%. A Skool promo id reads hormozi-08-2025-days-90. That is a platform Growth Boost slug. Not a Hormozi endorsement. Not a relationship to this site. Do not write “Hormozi-backed.”

Ranked Revenue Toolkit lives at rankedrevenue.xyz. Member-only. About page: AI website builder plus optimization tools included for free. Eight tools on the porch: Opportunity Finder, Local SERP, Domain Authority, Website Generator, Lead Value Calculator, Make.com Setup, Twilio A2P, Agreement Builder. Sign-in wall. No second public sticker this pass. TOS updated July 29, 2026. Operated by Triangle City Digital. Ontario law. Liability cap: amounts paid in the prior 12 months or CAD $100, whichever is greater. Stack they name: Vercel, Upstash Redis, OpenAI, Google Ads API, Resend, Ahrefs.

The toolkit TOS is blunter than most course legal. Rank-and-rent, their words, “carries inherent financial, legal, and operational risks. Income results vary dramatically and are not guaranteed. Past results of any instructor, student, or case study are not indicative of your results.” The same legal pile flags that creating a Google Business Profile you don’t own may violate Google, and that they don’t endorse policy violations. I’m quoting the warning. I am not accusing him of teaching the thing he disclaims. Classroom is private. I cannot audit the lessons from the sidewalk.

Triangle City Inc. is the agency. trianglecitydigital.com. Google Ads and landing pages “exclusively for contractors.” “Hundreds of thousands of dollars in profit for our clients” is their ads-account copy. Free 15-minute consult. No public retainer. This is a done-for-you shop. It is not student rent. Do not import those dollars onto the $39 room.

ISED page, fetched August 15, 2026: 2024 / 2025 / 2026 filings say Filed. Last annual meeting listed June 1, 2026. Same page also says filings are overdue and they cannot get a Certificate of Compliance. Registry-page conflict. Not a lawsuit. Not a dissolution. I am printing both. I am not picking a winner.

The pitch, still in his mouth

Own local sites. Rank them. Calls come in. Forward / rent those calls to local contractors for a recurring monthly fee. Overlooked cities. AI site builds. Google Business Profile. Cheap call tracking. Weekly lessons. Lock the $39. Cancel anytime. Contractors are the named renter. AI is on the porch, not a footnote. No application call. A 7-day trial and a Skool charge.

Landing-page graphics, his marketing, not audited. A quote card: “Its easy to make $500+ per month per website when you’re sending a business owner $30k+ worth of work every month.” Its, no apostrophe. Founder claim. Not a student result. Lives on the same page as “no specific income… guaranteed.” File both.

A Stripe screenshot. Blurred “Top customers.” CAD totals around 77k / 33k / 31k / 31k / 18k. Overlay about people paying you for life. Unlabeled. Currency is CAD. Could be agency, toolkit, or something else. Do not call this student rent.

An SMS collage. Banner: “Yes this actually works lol.” Contractor job talk. Concrete, drywall, reno, electrical, solar. Those dollars are job values to trades, not rent checks to students. Marketing. Not a P&L. There’s an 8:03 about video. Transcript not public this pass. I am not inventing the speech.

Ippei, competitor blog, put RRB in comparison bullets on other reviews: self-paced, AI builder, overlooked markets, beginner-friendly. He did not put it on the Top 11 Rank and Rent Courses list (May 23, 2026). Absence is a fact. Don’t invent a ranking. Don’t treat Ippei like a student diary.

The price is $39 until it isn’t

Unlike a lot of these rooms, the official Skool actually prints a sticker.

$39 a month. 7-day trial. After the first 340, new people pay $129. “Lock in your price for life” is their line. Confirm it on the receipt. No annual plan found. Stale SERP still says 309 members and “first 290,” or 253 on an old @bennyvee card. Live surfaces this pass all said 339 / first 340. Member counts include trialists. 339 is not “339 people paying $39.” They are one advertised seat from the jump if they enforce the cap.

The reviews are days old. The refund is not a hug.

Skool about: 10 reviews. 5.0 average. Five bodies public this pass. All five stars. All dated August 13 to August 15, 2026. All memberCurrentlyPaying: true. Join dates July 13 to July 30, 2026. hasMore: true, so five more exist and didn’t render. On-platform. Days old. No dollar results.

Reid Armstrong, Toronto, joined July 30: new to it, struggled with infrastructure, then “got my site up and all automations working.” No income number. Dale Skipper, Chicago zone, July 27: tons of tools, affordable kickstart. No income number. Ryan Bustamante, Tucson / Guam bio, July 23: shopped other courses, “significantly lower prices,” jumping in before the hike. No income number. Gilmar Teixeira, London zone, July 27: great community, 100% recommend. No income number. Oswaldo Del Nogal, Caracas zone, July 13: empty body. Five stars.

Week-old thank-you notes from paying members. Not audited case studies. “Got my site up” is not a rented site.

Trustpilot: no page for the Bootcamp, the corporation, or the toolkit. Reddit: no threads found. BBB / FTC: no file. SkoolRadar 404. I am not stealing Rankedboost’s 1-stars to pad this. No lawsuit found this pass against this Ben, this corporation, this toolkit, or this Skool. Don’t invent a courtroom so the article feels like a Netflix category.

Refunds. Their about page is blunt. Charged after 7 days unless you cancel. No refunds after the trial ends. Cancel anytime means stop the next charge. Not a money-back window. Toolkit TOS: educational only, no 30-day guarantee, access can be suspended with or without notice. Skool default: auto-renew, no partial-period refunds, creators refund at discretion. Cancel in Memberships at least 24 hours before rebilling. Do not import the agency SMS TOS onto the Bootcamp. Different PDF.

Who this is for (and who should skip)

This is for you if:

  • You already wanted rank-and-rent, you wanted a cheap Skool instead of a sales call, and you can live with a classroom you cannot audit from the sidewalk
  • $39 (or $129 if that 340th chair fills) is money you can set on fire for a 7-day look without calling your mom
  • You like AI site builders, overlooked-city talk, and contractors as the named renter
  • You understand “lock in for life” is marketing until the receipt says it

Skip if:

  • You thought this was Unemployable, a Kyle video, a LocalMotive property, or a sister brand. It is not. I checked.
  • You need a refund that isn’t “the trial ended, so it’s used”
  • You wanted student rent checks, a Trustpilot pile, or a syllabus you can read logged-out
  • You mashed the Google Ads agency into the $39 room and called the “hundreds of thousands” line a student result
  • You are here because of the Dutch Ben, the Dundas GM, Twitch bennyvee, or Rank Revenue UK. Wrong porch.

Verdict?

Ben Van Harten is a real Canadian electrician-turned-contractor marketer with a real Ontario corporation, a real Thailand bio, a real Skool, and a real member toolkit. The $39 is real. The 339 is real. The $129 after 340 is their published ladder. The 7-day trial is real. The no-refunds-after line is their words. The $500-per-site card is his marketing, sitting next to his own “no specific income guaranteed” note. The Stripe graphic is unlabeled CAD. The public reviews are five-star notes from July joiners, written in mid-August. The classroom is private. The agency is a different product.

Not a scam per se. I didn’t find a regulator hammer. I found a cheap rank-and-rent Skool one seat from a price jump, an AI toolkit, a contractor-renter pitch, and a week of on-platform thank-yous. Useful if you want that room and you can cancel inside seven days. Expensive theater if you thought $39 was a lifetime promise without reading the 340 line, or if you thought this was us.

Same category as this site. Different operators. Different checkout. Different face. I’m not flattening those.

I’m good.

Q&A

Q: Is Ben Van Harten legit?
A: Real person. Real ISED filing. Real Skool at skool.com/rankedrevenuebootcamp. Real owner photo, photographed human, chin-in-hand at a laptop. Real agency site. The electrician decade, the doubled-jobs line, the $500-per-site card, the CAD Stripe collage: self-reported or unlabeled. Legit operator. Spicy brochure. Those can both be true.

Q: Wait. Which Ben van Harten?
A: This one is @bennyvee, Benjamin Andrew Van Harten, Triangle City Inc. 1412696-3, Jerseyville / Hamilton, Canadian living in Thailand. Not the Dutch ggz / Spark Academy trainer. Not the Diemx Machine GM in Dundas. Not Van Harten Surveyors. Not Professor Gus. If a Netherlands LinkedIn or an Ontario machine shop sent you, you have wandered into a rank-and-rent Skool review like a tourist who followed the wrong Uber.

Q: Twitch bennyvee? Benny V the DJ? Rank Revenue UK?
A: No, no, and no. Twitch bennyvee is a War Thunder streamer. Benny V / @itsbennyv is a London DnB DJ. Rank Revenue is a UK B2B SEO agency (Talha Nasim / rankrevenue.co.uk). Rankedboost / Rankboostup are game-boost Trustpilot piles. Do not import those 1-stars. Different humans. Similar names. The internet is a haunted house.

Q: Is Ranked Revenue Bootcamp a scam?
A: I didn’t find a regulator hammer, a lawsuit, a Trustpilot page, or a Reddit wake. I found a $39 Skool, a published $129 jump, a 7-day trial, a no-refunds-after line, founder income graphics, unlabeled CAD Stripe, and five-star reviews dated this week. “Cheap room / real company / brochure dollars” is a different zip code than “fake company.” Don’t flatten those.

Q: How much does Ranked Revenue Bootcamp cost?
A: Official, August 15, 2026: $39/month for the first 340 members. After 340, new members pay $129/month. They sat at 339. 7-day trial. “Lock in your price for life” is their copy. Confirm on the receipt. Then screenshot it. This number has a cliff and a costume.

Q: Are they really one seat from $129?
A: On this pass, yes, if they enforce the 340 cap they printed. 339 on Discover, on the about page, on /plans, on /classroom, on www3, and on @bennyvee. Stale SERP still shows 309 / first 290. Live copy won. Member counts include trialists. I cannot swear the next checkout is $129. I can swear that’s what they wrote.

Q: Refund?
A: Their about page: charged after 7 days unless cancelled. No refunds after the trial ends. Cancel anytime = stop the next charge, not a hug. Skool default matches: auto-renew, no partial-period refunds, creators refund at discretion. Toolkit: no 30-day MBG. Do not import the agency SMS TOS.

Q: What’s actually in the classroom?
A: I can’t see it from outside. Public about checklist: niches and overlooked cities, AI rank-and-rent site builds, ranking and calls, GBP setup / verification / optimization, low-cost call tracking and lead forwarding, find contractors, rent calls for a monthly fee, AI builder plus tools free, weekly lessons. Skool metadata: 13 courses, 60 modules. That is a counter, not a reviewed syllabus. I did not invent lesson names for a room I cannot enter.

Q: What’s the toolkit?
A: rankedrevenue.xyz. Member-only. Eight tools: Opportunity Finder, Local SERP, Domain Authority, Website Generator, Lead Value Calculator, Make.com Setup, Twilio A2P, Agreement Builder. TOS names Google Ads API, OpenAI, Ahrefs. Ontario law. CAD $100 liability floor. Not a second public price this pass.

Q: Triangle City vs the Bootcamp vs the toolkit?
A: Agency = done-for-you Google Ads for contractors. Bootcamp = $39 Skool. Toolkit = member software from Triangle City Digital. Same human. Three invoices. Agency “hundreds of thousands for clients” is ads-account copy. Do not paste it onto students.

Q: Did students actually rent sites?
A: Public reviews do not claim rent checks. Reid got a site up and automations working. That’s infrastructure. The $500+/mo per website line is a founder quote card. The SMS collage is contractor job values. The Stripe graphic is unlabeled CAD. Toolkit TOS says past results of any instructor, student, or case study are not indicative. I’m not writing a fairy tale over a five-star sticker.

Q: $500 a month per website. Real?
A: It’s a graphic on his about page. Same page says no specific income is guaranteed. I did not audit a portfolio of rented sites. Treat the card like a movie title.

Q: Is this Unemployable? Is this Kyle? Is this LocalMotive?
A: No. Same category: local sites, Google, rent the attention to real businesses. Different product. Different operator. Different checkout. I found no public relationship this pass. I am not inventing a cousin so the byline feels neater.

Q: Hormozi-backed?
A: No. A Skool metadata field contains the promo id hormozi-08-2025-days-90. That is a platform Growth Boost campaign slug. It is not an Alex Hormozi endorsement. It is not a handshake. Marketers love a slug that sounds like a famous person. File it as a string.

Q: What’s a clover MRR badge?
A: A Skool owner badge. I am not converting it to revenue. Anybody who does is doing fan fiction with a color.

Q: Any independent reviews?
A: Ippei mentioned RRB as a comparison bullet on Rank and Rent Club, Rank N Bank, and Local Rank Academy pages. Competitor blog. Affiliate-shaped. Not on his Top 11 list. On-platform Skool reviews are days old and nameless-income. Trustpilot / Reddit / BBB / directories: empty this pass.

Q: Lawsuits?
A: None found this pass against this Ben, this corporation, this toolkit, or this Skool. The ISED page arguing with its own “Filed” table is a registry conflict, not a court. Don’t attach Gus Van Harten citations or a Dutch ggz résumé.

Q: Ben Van Harten net worth?
A: Anybody quoting a clean number is writing fanfic. Clover is a badge. Agency profit talk is marketing. I still have a library book I keep renewing. You think I’m opening a Bangkok Schwab?

Q: How do I stalk him like a normal person?
A: Skool skool.com/rankedrevenuebootcamp. Profile @bennyvee. Toolkit rankedrevenue.xyz. Agency trianglecitydigital.com. IG / FB: bennyveeofficial. X: BennyVOfficial. Email: ben@vanharten.ca. Don’t Baby Reindeer the man. Start the trial like an adult or don’t.

Q: Who should not buy this?
A: Anyone who needs a refund after day seven, a public syllabus, or a student P&L. Anyone who thought $39 was forever without reading the 340 line. Anyone who wanted this site’s product and landed on Ben by accident. Anyone shopping the Dutch Ben or Rank Revenue UK.

Q: Okay but I still wanna do rank-and-rent, and I already know this $39 room is a peer product, not a secret cousin.
A: Correct. It is a peer. Same neighborhood. Different porch. Ben’s door is a cheap Skool, an AI toolkit, contractors as the named renter, a 7-day trial, and a $129 cliff after 340. I am not going to pretend this site invented local websites. I am also not going to paste our checkout onto his about page.

If you want the quieter path I keep pointing at, the one that is not a Skool trial and not a founder-lock countdown, start at unemployable.org. If you want Ben’s room, you already have the URL. I’m not going to sell you either one with a movie-title income number.
