Personal branding as an active pursuit is nonsense.
Branding is a subset of marketing, which is the process of identifying and appealing to particular groups of consumers. Attempts at branding of any kind are meaningless until you and your business have the capacity to mean something to the people in your target market.
For 7-figure small businesses, you build a brand by doing the work. That means by delivering value through sharing, selling, and serving.
Which brings us to the personal enterprise. This is not only the progression most digital entrepreneurs follow, it also represents a way to strategically enhance your influence and expand your business into your own digital empire.
