If you had YouTube and a gym membership in 2012, you have already watched this man do a crunch.
Mike Chang. Six Pack Shortcuts. The abs ads. The parody videos. The whole late-night-infomercial-but-make-it-YouTube era. He lives in Bali now. The channel that made him famous is a ghost. The new product is a $17 Skool that says it will regulate your nervous system.
That’s the person. Here’s the pitch, in his mouth, before I start throwing receipts.
Regulate your nervous system, sleep better, and feel strong again. He’ll help you overcome a stressed nervous system. Physical tension, pain, stiffness, weakness, loss of mobility. Mental fog, negative thoughts, low confidence, insomnia. The emotional loop of stress, anxiety, fear. Energetically drained and disconnected. Over $2,500 worth of resources inside: a library of practices they price at $299, the Flow60 Training System they price at $199, four weekly live Q&As with Mike they price at $2,000, community support at $99, practice accountability at $99. Then “additional $3,100 in bonuses”: over 60 live instructor-training sessions a month ($1,800), workout challenges ($299), a 1-1 message with Mike ($1,000). Total value: $5,795. Just $17 a month, cancel anytime. Lock in this price before it increases.
That’s the Skool about page on August 15, 2026. Verbatim structure. Their math. Their arrows.
The homepage says Flow60 is a global daily practice that rewires your nervous system, creates emotional clarity, and strengthens the body in one ritual. Five methods: tap massage, strength training, stretching, breathwork, meditation. Stimulates lymphatic drainage, increases blood flow, opens energy channels through the meridians. Unlike traditional workouts, meditation apps, or therapy. Their words. Their Kajabi.
I still lose arguments with the microwave timer. You think I’m becoming a certified nervous-system coach for $7,499 because a Skool card said lock in this price?
Read on for my Mike Chang / Flow60 review.
Who even is Mike Chang?
Public name: Mike Chang. The Six Pack Shortcuts YouTuber (later Six Pack Abs / SPS). Now the face of Flow60. Skool owner: @mikechang, joined June 1, 2023. Site: flow60.com. Yoga Magazine names him co-founder with his wife Natalia.
Not tennis Michael Te-pei Chang. Not Glee’s Mike Chang (Harry Shum Jr.). MeditationBro used Glee Tour Flickr stills this pass. Wrong face. Not Athlean-X’s Jeff Cavaliere. This is the abs guy.
Official story: born in Taiwan, raised in Texas. Yoga Magazine, his words: Houston, trained to avoid being bullied. Dropped out of college. Self-reported. Skool profile: Bali.
App Store seller: Yao Chang. Play Store: Flow60 LLC. Older TOS: BodyOverMind LLC. Addresses hop Laguna Beach, Cedar Park, and a Sheridan, WY registered-agent street. Play contact: natalia@flow60.com.
Natalia: met 2018, left her Switzerland career “within months.” Yoga Magazine: two young children, co-founder. Not on the Skool owner card. No last name published this pass.
IG @mikechangofficial. YouTube @mikechang. Third-party this pass: personal channel around 384k. Do not flatten that with the old 4M+ SPS number.
Their pages: “a handful of private clients, including some of the leading CEOs in Silicon Valley.” Self-reported.
SPS-era money, labeled: BMT bio, left 2015 as an “8 figure entrepreneur,” 4 mil+ subs, 500 million views. A podcast: peak $13 million a year. Yoga Magazine: company “reportedly” $500 million total sales, Mike “personally earning over a $1 million per month.” Digital Marketer (2016): one parody did $36,000 in sales within hours. Not audited.
The awakening is their story. Quote it. Don’t write him a gospel.
Official Mike’s Story: February 8, 2015. “Psychedelics, surrender, and a complete emotional reset.” Two promises: master the state, then teach it. Yoga Magazine, his words: summit talks by Jesse Elder and Marisa Peer. That evening, psilocybin mushrooms. Six hours talking, breathing, tapping. Masterclass page: “healed his body and mind within hours,” sold the company in 2015. Cert page adds family-health motive (father stroke, sister died of cervical cancer at 41, mother died after a fall). His copy. Natalia: Flow60 launched April 2020.
Official copy says he left / sold in 2015. Wikibin says a retirement video May 17, 2016, Clark Shao becoming lead trainer. File both.
The $17 is the door, not the store
People are going to mash these like they’re the same login. They’re not.
Mike Chang’s Flow60 Community is the review target. Private paid Skool. No sales call for the $17 sticker. About and plans, August 15, 2026: same copy, one $17/month plan, no annual, no second public tier. Discover the same day: 457 members, $17/mo, “nervous system regulation.”
YouTube is free. A 35-minute beginner practice (September 24, 2024) and a 60-minute practice (April 17, 2023). Homepage: Free Flow60 Morning Ritual. Funnel. Not a secret module.
Still for sale the same day, different invoices:
30-Day Flow Challenge, $19 one-time. 30 follow-alongs, no equipment. FAQ: “many participants report feeling noticeable relief within the first week.” No refund sentence on the page fetched.
Flow60 Training System Course, $97. 5+ hours, 36 follow-alongs. The Skool about values the same item at $199. Same SKU. Two stickers.
The app is a library player. Seller Yao Chang. App Store: 1 rating / 5.0, age 9+. Play Store: Flow60 LLC, 500+ downloads, updated August 10, 2026. Privacy notice says 18+.
60-Day Body Mind Transformation, waitlisted. “This BMT cohort is now closed.” Last enroll copy: June 13th 2026. Saturday Zoom, 10 pm Bali. “As close to inviting you to stay with Mike at his house for 60 days.” Shop leftovers: $1,999 / $3,999 / $5,999. Closed-cohort stickers. Not the live join price.
Flow60 Certified Coach, apply / 1-on-1 call. Window: August 15 to November 14, 2026. Lead at least 30 live classes. Enroll on the call. $3,999 cert only, or $7,499 with Business Accelerator (to June 15, 2027), monthly from $719. Directory: 13 names including Mike. Cert page: 47 coaches, 8,400+ classes. I am not averaging those.
Bali retreat, ended / waitlist. Last dated event: May 25, 2025. Shop leftovers: $2,500 / $6,500 / $7,500. FAQ: $500 deposit, ages 12+. Retreat TOS not extracted (Shopify 402). Calfkicker’s $4,500–$7,000 is their figure. Live shop top is $7,500.
No public 1-on-1 sticker. Skool about lists “1-1 Message with Mike ($1000)” as a bonus value, not a priced SKU.
Got it? Good. Don’t pay $17 thinking you bought the Bali villa. Don’t pay $7,499 thinking you bought a $17 Slack.

The refund copy does not agree with itself
Skool about, August 15, 2026: “Just $17 a month, cancel anytime.” Cancel language. Not a refund window. No 7-day test drive on the public about fetch. Do not promise a Skool refund. They didn’t.
BMT FAQ: “we have a 14 day full refund policy.” Email support@flow60.com within 14 days. After that, “we’re unable to process refunds.”
Certification FAQ: “A 14 day money back guarantee from the day you purchase.”
Training System FAQ: if you’re “not 100% satisfied with the results, we will give you 100% of your money back.” No time window. Grammar is theirs. The missing deadline is also theirs.
App Terms of Use, same day: “we do not offer returns except on a case-by-case basis, that is determined in the sole discretion of the Company.”
That fights the $97 “100% money back” and the 14-day BMT/cert lines. Four policies. One wallet.
BodyOverMind TOS (still branded FlowTribe): Texas law, class-action waiver, “as is,” not professional advice, not an accredited school. Privacy notice: app users 18+. Retreat FAQ: ages 12+. App Store: 9+. Those age lines do not match. A marionpvandam.com privacy URL is leftover template. Not a second company. Challenge page: silent. No Flow60 BBB profile. Skool-the-platform’s BBB is Skool, not this school.
Quote the fight. Then decide which PDF you think they hand a chargeback agent.
7.5 million people, 456 seats
The cert page says join 7.5M people practicing Flow60 worldwide. Homepage energy is “global movement” / “millions.”
Live Skool about, same day: 456. Discover: 457. Play Store: 500+ downloads. App Store: one rating. Directory: 13 names including Mike. Cert page: 47 coaches, 8,400+ classes.
I am not inventing a churn story to make those numbers kiss. I am dating them. 7.5 million is official marketing. Not a Skool census. It does not agree with a 456-member room and a 500-download Android app.
Training System page prints +70% energy, +85% focus, −75% stress, +90% awareness after 60 days. Unsourced percentages. Testimonials (Bella, Shanti, Anne) are first-name pain and surgery stories. 20-year back pain gone. No surgery after doctors demanded it. On-page. Not medical evidence. Sitting next to TOS that says see a doctor. Cute pairing.
Calfkicker: “Sixpack Shortcut Guru Turned Into A Cult Leader.” Opinion. They say graphics claim “270 countries.” I did not fetch that graphic. Attribute it. I am not promoting “cult” as a finding. Yoga Magazine is the closest press: Nick Rice at the Bali retreat. Chrome dated August 15, 2026, body still selling 2025 BMT dates. No Kyle video. No Trustpilot page. No Reddit thread. File the silence.
The Six Pack Shortcuts ghost
The old brand is not the review SKU. It is why you already know the face.
Six Pack Shortcuts: YouTube plus info-product / supplement company, channel around 2010. Digital Marketer (Adam Lyons, August 4, 2016): his team helped SPS make an Epic Meal Time parody that hit about 4 million views and $36k in sales in a few hours. Channel then 4,000,000 subs. Marketer case study. Not an FTC complaint.
ResetEra: “shut down by YT a few times due to false advertising.” Forum. Unverified. Austin BBB: Mike Chang Fitness LLC and Six Pack Abs, same Austin address, started 2011, believed out of business, no rating. Complaint history timed out. I am not inventing counts.
No lawsuit found this pass against Mike Chang, Flow60, BodyOverMind, or Flow60 LLC. No FTC case against Six Pack Shortcuts or Flow60. The 2003 FTC Fast Abs belt case is a different product, a different decade. Do not recycle it. You may call SPS a heavily marketed YouTube info-product. You may not say the FTC sued Six Pack Shortcuts.
Clark Shao is a Houston TV file. ABC13 and Click2Houston: died after a motorcycle crash in Koh Phangan, Thailand, October 2016. Do not write “Mike Chang died.” The rumor was mistaken identity after Shao’s death. Not a Flow60 scandal. Leave it there.
Do not write Afterburn Fuel or FlowTribe.us as current products. FlowTribe is leftover TOS.
Lookalike, because Discover will mash you: The Breathwork Akademy: Calm (thebreathworkakademy) is Max Lowenstein, Dallas, $29/month, about 315 members, 7-day free trial, 30-day money-back. Different person. Different refund. They print a trial. Flow60’s Skool does not.
What’s actually inside
Official Skool about, the $17 promises: library of practices, the Flow60 Training System program, four weekly live Q&A calls with Mike, community, practice accountability, 60+ live instructor-training sessions per month, workout challenges, a 1-1 message with Mike. Interior classroom not inspected this pass. Public pages only.
Official method: tap, strength, stretch, breath, meditation. 60 named moves. 7 B.R.E.A.T.H.E. principles. Practices 20 to 60 minutes, except the homepage also says a 20-minute ritual and the challenge says 30–45.
YouTube is free. The paid differentiator on Skool is live Q&A plus library plus accountability plus the instructor-training bonus. Not “we invented tap-and-breathe.” If you can follow a 35-minute beginner video without a $17 room, you already have the method. The room is the lives and the feeling that 456 other people are tapping too.
Who this is for (and who should skip)
This is for you if:
- You already like this man’s follow-alongs and you want the live Q&As and a room for seventeen dollars you can cancel
- You understand $17 is the door, and the cert / BMT / Bali prices are different invoices
- You can read “rewires your nervous system” as marketing and still want a tap-stretch-breathe ritual
- You are not buying a medical outcome off a first-name testimonial named Bella
Skip if:
- You thought $17 bought the $7,499 coach cert, the Bali villa, or a Silicon Valley CEO’s private hour
- You need one refund policy that agrees with itself
- You treated 7.5 million as a headcount and 456 as a rounding error
- You are here because of tennis, Glee, or Jeff Cavaliere. Wrong Mike. Go home.
Verdict?
Mike Chang is a real YouTuber who sold a real abs brand and now sells a real $17 nervous-system Skool from Bali with his wife Natalia. The face is real. The follow-alongs are real. The $17 sticker is on the porch. That is more than most rooms print.
The $17 is not the business. The business is a $19 challenge, a $97 course they also call $199, a waitlisted 60-day “come stay at my house” cohort, a $3,999 / $7,499 coach cert you enroll on a call, and a Bali retreat whose last shop ticket was $7,500. Cancel anytime. 14 days. 100% money back, no window. Case-by-case, company discretion. Pick a card.
7.5 million practicing worldwide does not agree with 456 Skool seats and 500 Play downloads. The awakening is their February 8, 2015 story. Quote it. Don’t write him a gospel. The SPS file is a Digital Marketer case study, forum talk, and Austin BBB out-of-business profiles. Not an FTC docket. Fast Abs is a different belt. Clark Shao is a different grave.
Not a scam per se. Not a hidden $8,400 closer school. A cheap door under an expensive ladder, sold by a man whose old ads you can still hum. Useful if you already do the free YouTube and want the lives. Theater if you thought seventeen dollars bought a worldwide movement and a Bali bedroom.
I’m good.
Q&A
Q: Is Mike Chang legit?
A: Real person. Real Six Pack Shortcuts YouTuber. Real Bali Skool at skool.com/flow60. Real site at flow60.com. Real wife/co-founder Natalia in Yoga Magazine. The 8-figure / $13M-a-year / $1M-a-month / Silicon Valley CEO talk is self-reported. Legit operator. Spicy brochure. Those can both be true.
Q: Wait. Tennis Michael Chang?
A: Different human. Michael Te-pei Chang won the 1989 French Open. This Mike sells tap massage and a $17 room. If your search history is “Chang French Open,” you have wandered into a Skool review like a tourist who followed the wrong Uber.
Q: The Glee guy?
A: Also not this guy. Glee’s Mike Chang is a fictional character played by Harry Shum Jr. MeditationBro used Glee Tour Flickr stills on a “What Happened to Mike Chang?” page. Wrong face. Close the tab. I cannot help your show choir.
Q: Athlean-X? Jeff Cavaliere?
A: Directory junk mashed them. Different human, different brand, different neck veins. This is the Six Pack Shortcuts guy.
Q: Did Mike Chang die?
A: No. Clark Shao, a Houston trainer who took over SPS around the 2016 retirement-video era, died after a motorcycle crash in Koh Phangan, Thailand, in October 2016. ABC13 and Click2Houston. The “Mike Chang died” rumor was mistaken identity. Do not write it the other way. Do not turn it into a Flow60 plot.
Q: Is Flow60 a scam?
A: I didn’t find a regulator hammer. I found a published $17 sticker, a cancel-anytime Skool, refund copy that fights itself across four pages, a 7.5M claim next to a 456-member room, and a $7,499 cert behind the cheap door. “Oversells the movement / cheap if you only wanted the lives” is a different zip code than “fake company.” Don’t flatten those.
Q: How much does Flow60 cost?
A: The Skool is $17 a month. Official, August 15, 2026. Cancel anytime. Lock-in-before-it-increases language. The $19 challenge, $97 course, waitlisted BMT, $3,999 / $7,499 cert, and $2,500–$7,500 Bali tickets are other invoices. Confirm the join button the day you publish.
Q: Is there a free trial?
A: Not on the public Skool about fetch. YouTube follow-alongs are free. The site has a Free Flow60 Morning Ritual. That is not a 7-day Skool test drive. The Breathwork Akademy down the Discover page prints a trial. This one doesn’t. Don’t mash them.
Q: Flow60 vs the $97 course vs the cert?
A: Skool = $17/month room, lives, library, accountability. Training System = $97 course (or $199 if you believe the Skool value stack). Cert = $3,999 or $7,499, apply, enroll on a call, lead 30 live classes. Same face. Different invoice.
Q: What’s the 60-Day BMT?
A: A live cohort they describe as “as close to inviting you to stay with Mike at his house for 60 days.” Saturday Zoom, 10 pm Bali, 2 hours, recorded. Closed / waitlist this pass. Last enroll copy still says June 13th 2026. Shop leftovers: $1,999 / $3,999 / $5,999. Do not treat shop stickers on a closed cohort as the live price.
Q: Refund?
A: Skool: cancel anytime, no refund window printed. BMT: 14-day full refund, then none. Cert: 14-day from purchase. $97 course: “100% of your money back,” no window. App TOS: returns only case-by-case, company discretion. Retreat TOS not extracted. Challenge page silent. That is not a hug. That is a filing cabinet.
Q: 7.5 million people practicing worldwide?
A: Cert-page marketing, fetched August 15, 2026. Live Skool: 456. Discover: 457. Play Store: 500+ downloads. I did not audit the planet. Treat 7.5M like a movie title.
Q: Did the FTC sue Six Pack Shortcuts?
A: Not that I found. Digital Marketer wrote a viral-ad case study. ResetEra talked YouTube takedowns. Austin BBB marked Mike Chang Fitness LLC and Six Pack Abs out of business. The 2003 Fast Abs belt case is a different product. Do not staple it to this man because both sentences contain “abs.”
Q: What’s Natalia’s last name?
A: Not published on the pages fetched this pass. Co-founder, wife, left Switzerland in 2018, Play Store email natalia@flow60.com. I am not inventing a last name so the Christmas card prints.
Q: What’s actually in the classroom?
A: I can’t see it logged out. Porch copy: library, Training System, 4 weekly live Q&As with Mike, community, accountability, 60+ instructor-training sessions a month, challenges, a 1-1 message. Method page: tap / strength / stretch / breath / meditation, 60 moves, 7 B.R.E.A.T.H.E. principles, 4-step emotional release. YouTube already has the follow-alongs for free.
Q: Mike Chang net worth?
A: Anybody quoting a clean number is doing fan fiction. $13M a year is a podcast sentence. $500M total sales is a Yoga Magazine “reportedly.” $1M a month is the same piece. Digital Marketer’s $36k-in-hours is one parody video in 2016. I still lose the TV remote in the couch I am sitting on. You think I’m opening his Mercury?
Q: Yao Chang?
A: App Store seller name on Flow60 by Mike Chang. Play Store says Flow60 LLC. TOS still says BodyOverMind LLC. Same product family, three costumes. Not a second guru I found.
Q: How do I stalk him like a normal person?
A: Instagram @mikechangofficial. YouTube @mikechang. Skool skool.com/flow60. Site flow60.com. Don’t Baby Reindeer the man. Subscribe like an adult or don’t.
Q: Who should not buy this?
A: Anyone who needs one refund policy, a logged-in syllabus, or a medical claim that isn’t a first-name testimonial. Anyone who heard 7.5 million and filed it as a census. Anyone buying the $17 door because they thought it included Bali. Anyone who typed the tennis player or the Glee kid.
Q: Okay but I still wanna do something with my time that isn’t a $17 nervous-system subscription under a $7,499 coach cert and a YouTube abs ghost.
A: Wild concept: build little local websites, rank them in Google, and rent the leads to real businesses. No meridians. No “lock in this price.” No 14-day window that vanishes when you open the app TOS.
It’s about as sexy as organizing the junk drawer… which is why filthy SEO goblins like me keep doing it.
If that quieter path sounds less insane than paying the Six Pack Shortcuts guy to regulate your nervous system on Skool, start at unemployable.org.
