Medical Courier Hub Review: $29 Training Plus Leads, A Real WA LLC, And Not The Free 32k Room

Constantin Cebanu, founder of Medical Courier Hub and owner of Amco Delivery LLC, official Skool warehouse headshot
Constantin Cebanu. Official Skool warehouse headshot, @constantin-cebanu-1127. Pallet racks, corduroy, chain. Not a logo. Not Daeron Myers. Not Dispatch Coach Michael.

The official photo is a warehouse aisle. Beard. Corduroy over a black tee. Chain. Pallet racks. Constantin Cebanu, Skool name Constantin C, handle @constantin-cebanu-1127. He looks like a guy who actually loads a van, which is already weirder than half this beat.

He also wants $29 a month to teach you how.

The room is Medical Courier Hub. Slug medical-courier. Live sticker August 15, 2026: $29/month, 919 members. Discover card the same day: 920, and the blurb flattens the whole stack to “courier job leads.” That is the card. That is not the SKU.

The SKU is training plus a job-lead list plus community. Classroom meter: 6 courses, 22 modules. Free trial on. No second plan on /plans. You join on Skool. No sales call.

There is a free medical-courier Skool with something like twenty-six to thirty-two thousand people in it. Different owner. Different invoice. If Daeron Myers sent you, close the tab. If a $9 truck-dispatch room sent you, also close the tab. This one is Constantin. Burien. Kent. A real Washington LLC.

Here’s the pitch. In his mouth. Before I start throwing receipts.

Launch your medical courier business. Get help with job leads, pricing training, and direct client strategies. Beginner driver: $3K–$5K+ a month. Courier operator: $5K–$15K+. Contract holder: $10K–$20K+. Start with the training for FREE and join the exclusive community. Free module on basics and requirements. Step-by-step LLC. 50+ job platforms. Support, pricing help, route advice. Job leads, contract tips, real support and tools, all in one growing community for couriers and delivery pros. Button: START FREE TRIAL.

The marketing site at medicalcourierhub.com is a different mouth on the same door. Get paid driving medical routes, then grow into your own contracts. Training, 700+ job leads updated daily, the exact templates. Open letter: we run a real medical courier operation. What it isn’t: a get-rich-quick program. Nobody here promises you a specific income. Same three income tiers, now captioned “industry range.” Regular price $97/month. 7 days free, then $29, special launch pricing. Stats row: 700+ leads, 75+ platforms, 1000+ certified couriers. FAQ: we don’t promise numbers. Anyone who does is selling you something.

I once returned a library book to a rec center. You think I’m clearing a $10K–$20K contract-holder month because a warehouse still came with a UBI?

Read on for my Medical Courier Hub review.

What you’re actually clicking: a public-sticker Skool at skool.com/medical-courier. Live August 15, 2026: $29/month, 919 members (Discover 920). Free trial on. 6 courses / 22 modules. $29 = training + job-lead list + community, not leads-only. Founder Constantin Cebanu (Skool: Constantin C), owner of Amco Delivery LLC, Burien / Kent, WA (UBI 604992371, USDOT 3984972, MC-1493226). Marketing still frames $29 as “launch” vs $97 regular. Not Learn Truck Dispatch. Not Daeron Myers’ free Medical Courier Community. No Hub TOS page. No lawsuit / BBB / Trustpilot / Reddit file found.

Who even is Constantin Cebanu?

One public founder. Legal name: Constantin Cebanu. Skool: Constantin C. The paid room is his account. The courier company is Amco Delivery LLC. The Org says “CEO & Co-Founder.” No second founder is named on Skool, the marketing site, UTC, or FMCSA. Treat “co-founder” as a directory label.

Burien / Kent / Seattle. Three addresses: UTC physical 16038 3rd Pl S, Unit A, Burien, WA 98148; mailing 158 SW 148th St #1054, Burien, WA 98166 (reads mailbox); FMCSA 22342 68th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032. Three phones too: website (425) 400-3919, FMCSA (425) 200-4889, UTC 405-267-7635. Date them. I am not picking a “real” one so this feels like a campus.

Skool joined February 3, 2025. Group created the same day. Bio: “over a decade in logistics.” Followers 4,249. Followers are not members. LinkedIn: Fleet Manager, Seattle, Logistics Coordinator from April 2019 (scrape: 7 years), one follower, does not name Amco or the Skool. Decade versus 7 years versus an LLC from November 2022. Those clocks do not agree. Age not published. Last name is Cebanu. Not Ciobanu. Not Ceban. Not Daeron. Not Dispatch Coach Michael.

Aug 15, 2026
Live sticker. $29/month, 919 members, Discover 920, free trial, 6 courses / 22 modules, no second plan. Marketing still says launch vs $97.

The $29 is the whole stack

People will mash this into “a $29 lead feed” because the Discover card already did. Don’t. Map the door.

Training. Launch the business. Courier Basics / free module. LLC guide. Pricing. HIPAA / BBP guidance. Vehicle and insurance. First job, first route. They value the course at $197. Their sticker on their homework.

Job leads. Card: “courier job leads.” Skool: 50+ platforms. Marketing: 700+ leads updated daily across 75+ platforms, valued at $97. Those counts do not match. I have not seen a public sample of the 700. Leads are not jobs. Their copy already says opportunities, not guarantees.

Templates + community. LLC checklist, contracts, invoices. “Direct access to the founder.” 2 admins. Not a 1-on-1 SLA. Classroom JSON: 6 courses, 22 modules. SkoolRadar’s 20 modules is stale. Module titles were not dumped. Certs point at external paid HIPAA / BBP. Guidance, not “we issue the cert.”

Free trial and free module are two mouths. JSON: free trial on. Free benefits: Courier Basics, community, cert guidance. About: start training for FREE / START FREE TRIAL. Marketing: 7 days free, then $29 launch. Do not flatten those into a forever-free classroom I have not sat in.

Amco is the company he dispatches. Separate site. Separate TOS. Driver-apply funnel. Buying the Skool does not say you get an Amco route. No high-ticket on /plans. No annual. Affiliate cut is 50%. Directory join buttons are in the funnel.

Amco proves the company, not your month

Marketing opener: “We run a real medical courier operation.” That claim points at Amco, not a student Stripe screenshot. AMCO DELIVERY LLC. UBI 604992371. UTC 50269, permit RB071389, Active. Directories: formed November 3, 2022. FMCSA as of August 14, 2026: USDOT 3984972, MC-1493226, broker plus motor carrier, ACTIVE. Officer: Constantin Cebanu. Receipt for the company. Not a receipt for student income.

FMCSA snapshot: 0 power units, 0 miles, MCS-150 last touched November 2022. Thin federal census, not a “they have no vans” takedown. Local courier work can sit outside that form. Amco sells Seattle / statewide medical, lab, pharma. 99% on-time is their number. About page does not name Constantin. Amco TOS is carriage: shipment fees non-refundable unless agreed. Different product. Do not quote it as the course refund.

The price is $29. The $97 is theater.

Official Skool about, plans, and JSON this pass: $29/month. No second product. Marketing: 7 days free, then $29 launch, regular $97/month. Eighteen months after the February 2025 open, the join button is still $29. $97 is their costume. $28 is SkoolRadar drift.

Surface What it says Vibe
Skool about + plans $29/month. No second product. 919 members. Free trial on. Official, Aug 15 2026
Discover card $29/mo, 920 members, “courier job leads” Platform card
medicalcourierhub.com 7 days free, then $29 launch. Regular $97. 1000+ certified. Official marketing
Skoolmakers $29. Members 415 in the lede, 517 in the verdict. Directory, fights itself
SkoolRadar / old indexes $28 / 415 / 20 modules, or 867, or 1.1k Stale souvenirs

Fetched August 15, 2026. Product: skool.com/medical-courier/about. Marketing: medicalcourierhub.com. Live join is $29. $97 is the regular-price costume.

Member math will not sit still. Live 919. Discover 920. Trail 867 / 1.1k / 517 / 415. Marketing: “1000+ Certified Couriers.” Certs are external paid courses. Do not treat 1000+ as headcount. Date every figure.

Skool about prints the three income tiers like a path. The marketing site captions the same bullets “industry range” and “we don’t promise numbers.” Then it hangs two first-name quotes under emoji doctor avatars. Michael C., Kent, WA: around $3,500/month. Nick G., Spokane: 3–4 runs a week, extra income. Company-supplied. Not audited. $10K–$20K is operator math, not a side-hustle default. The landing banner also sells “Government Contract Monitoring.” That line is on the graphic, not the about text.

Refunds, reviews, wrong kitchens

No Hub TOS / privacy / refund URL found off Skool this pass. Marketing FAQ: cancel in the 7-day trial, pay nothing. Cancel any month after, you’re out that $29. “That’s the entire risk.” Skool: start training for FREE / START FREE TRIAL. After day 7 their FAQ is cancel-to-stop-billing, not refund-the-month. No 30-day hug. Do not paste Amco’s carriage clause onto the classroom.

Thin complaint file. No Kyle video. No Trustpilot for this brand. No BBB. No Reddit thread naming the Hub, Cebanu, or medicalcourierhub.com. No lawsuit / FTC / AG hit this pass. Do not import other courier misclassification suits. Do not recycle YouTube “app scam” videos that do not name this room. Skool in-product: one review, 5.0, Tawaii Collins, empty body, paying since August 6. A star with no text. Skoolmakers: 4.2/5, affiliate CTA, member counts that fight themselves.

Learn Truck Dispatch sat on Discover the same day. Slug free-live-dispatch-7891. $9/month, 402 members, Dispatch Coach Michael. Trucks, not specimens. Medical Courier Community is the easy mash. Slug medical-courier-group-5674. Daeron Myers. Free. 25.9k to 32k this pass. Hub is paid, 919, Constantin, Amco. Myers is free and about 30 times larger. Amco clients hire a courier. Hub students are not automatically Amco drivers.

Who this is for (and who should skip)

This is for you if:

  • You already know medical courier is a driving job with HIPAA / BBP, a vehicle, insurance, and local demand, and you wanted a $29 classroom plus a lead list, not a sales call
  • You can tell a lead from a job, and you noticed their own site says nobody promises a number
  • $29 is money you can lose without calling your mom, and you will cancel inside the 7-day trial if the classroom is a pamphlet
  • You wanted Constantin’s paid room, not Daeron’s free 32k hangout and not a $9 truck-dispatch sibling

Skip if:

  • You thought $29 was leads-only, or a placement agency, or an Amco route in the welcome packet
  • You need a refund window that exists as a Hub TOS page
  • You built a budget around $97 “regular” or a directory that said $28 and 415 members
  • A 26k–32k free room or a truck-dispatch Skool sent you
  • You wanted a guaranteed $3K–$20K path because the about page printed it in bullets

Verdict?

Constantin Cebanu is a real Washington courier with a real LLC, a real USDOT, and a real $29 Skool that is training plus leads plus community. The warehouse still is a real photo. The company exists. How many clinic contracts and student paydays sit behind the brochure is not a file I have. The decade line does not match the LinkedIn 7-year clock. 50+ platforms do not match 700+ daily / 75+. 919 members do not match “1000+ certified.” The live sticker is $29. The $97 is still wearing a launch nametag.

Not a fake company. Not the free 32k room. Not a job offer. Not a logged-in audit. Useful if you already wanted to drive medical routes and you treat $29 like a classifieds subscription with homework. Expensive theater if you thought a UBI was a paycheck and the Discover card was the whole product.

I’m good.

Q&A

Q: Is Medical Courier Hub legit?
A: Real Skool. Real $29 sticker. Real founder photo. Real WA courier company behind “we run a real operation.” Income tiers, 700+ daily leads, and 1000+ certified are marketing. Legit operator. Spicy brochure. Those can both be true.

Q: Wait. The giant free medical-courier Skool?
A: Different kitchen. skool.com/medical-courier-group-5674, Daeron Myers, free, about 26k to 32k this pass. This slug is medical-courier. Constantin. $29. 919. If the 32k room sent you, close the tab.

Q: Learn Truck Dispatch?
A: Also not this. Slug free-live-dispatch-7891. Dispatch Coach Michael. $9/month, 402 members, trucks. Same Discover-page energy. Different gig.

Q: Constantin Ciobanu? Ceban?
A: Wrong humans. This last name is Cebanu. Handle @constantin-cebanu-1127. Amco, Burien / Kent. If Ireland, the UK, or a Denmark app sent you, wrong Uber.

Q: Is it a scam?
A: No regulator hammer, lawsuit, BBB, Trustpilot, or Reddit thread found. Public $29 room, free trial, real WA LLC, meters that will not sit still, income copy that argues with itself. “Oversells the path / maybe useful if you already wanted to drive” is not “fake company.” Don’t flatten those.

Q: How much, and what does $29 buy?
A: $29/month on Skool about and plans, August 15, 2026, free trial on, no second plan. Confirm on the cart. Marketing: 7 days free, then $29 launch vs $97 regular. $97 is not on Skool. $28 is a stale directory. The $29 is training plus a job-lead list plus templates plus community. Discover’s “courier job leads” is the flattened card. 6 courses, 22 modules. I did not log in. Certs are external and paid.

Q: Who is Constantin Cebanu?
A: Skool owner. Constantin C. Joined February 3, 2025, same day as the group. Owner of Amco Delivery LLC (UBI 604992371, USDOT 3984972, MC-1493226). The Org: CEO & Co-Founder, no second name. LinkedIn: Fleet Manager, Seattle, 7 years from 2019, 1 follower. Bio says over a decade. Age not published.

Q: Amco vs the Hub?
A: Amco is the courier company. The Hub is the $29 Skool. Buying the classroom does not say you get an Amco route. Amco’s non-refundable carriage TOS is not the course refund. Company exists. Clinic-contract count not audited. FMCSA 0 trucks / 0 miles is a stale MCS-150, not a takedown.

Q: Refund? Free module?
A: No Hub TOS page. Marketing FAQ: cancel in the 7-day trial, pay nothing. After that, cancel and you’re out that $29. Skool: start training for FREE / START FREE TRIAL. Both sentences exist. I am not flattening them into a forever-free classroom or a 30-day hug.

Q: Can I make $3K to $20K a month?
A: Skool prints those as path bullets. Marketing calls them industry ranges and says they don’t promise numbers. Two first-name quotes: $3,500/month in Kent, “extra income” in Spokane. Self-published. n is tiny. $10K–$20K is contract-holder talk. File it as their mouth.

Q: 700+ leads? 1000+ certified? How many members?
A: Marketing: 700+ daily / 75+ platforms. Skool: 50+ platforms. No public sample of the 700. Live members: 919 (Discover 920) on August 15, 2026. Trail: 867 / 1.1k / 517 / 415. “1000+ certified” is not the Skool meter. Certs are paid third parties. Myers’ free room is the 26k–32k one. Do not add those together.

Q: What’s inside? Does it work in my city? Government contracts?
A: Public promises: basics module, LLC how-to, 50+ platforms, support / pricing / routes. JSON: 6/22. Module titles not dumped. Join survey: US courier work only. Marketing FAQ still says anywhere in the US. Lead quality is local. “Government Contract Monitoring” is on a banner graphic, not the about text. I did not find a GSA schedule.

Q: Reddit, Trustpilot, BBB, Kyle, lawsuits?
A: Not found this pass for this brand. One empty 5-star inside Skool. One Skoolmakers scorecard. Do not borrow other courier dockets. If a thread shows up later, that’s news. I’m not inventing usernames so the comments have a plot.

Q: How do I stalk him like a normal person?
A: Skool @constantin-cebanu-1127. Room skool.com/medical-courier. Marketing medicalcourierhub.com. Company amcodelivery.com. LinkedIn exists and is thin. Don’t Baby Reindeer the man. Join like an adult or don’t.

Q: Okay but I still wanna make money online without paying a Skool $29 a month for “leads” that are not jobs, while the about page prints $3K–$20K and the marketing page says anyone who promises numbers is selling me something.
A: Wild concept: build little local websites, rank them in Google, and rent the leads to real businesses. No launch-price costume. No 50-versus-75 platform mash.

It’s about as sexy as organizing the junk drawer… which is why filthy SEO goblins like me keep doing it.

If that quieter path sounds less insane than renting a $29 map from a guy who already owns the van, start at unemployable.org.
