UBC AI Review: Not The University, A $25 Founder Price, And A 30-Day Refund That Fights The TOS

Dray Mijatovic, public face of Ultimate Branding Course and UBC AI, official Skool stage photo with red bob and handheld mic
Dray Mijatovic. Official Skool profile photo, @dray-mijatovic-6478. Red bob, mic, charcoal off-shoulder. The public account picture. Not the University of British Columbia. Not a chrome logo. She does not own the group in Skool metadata.

UBC looks like a university. That’s the first trap.

If a Vancouver campus sent you, close the tab. University of British Columbia is a research school. If a Slack about AI alignment sent you, also wrong. That’s UBC AI Safety. Lucy and Josh. Reading groups. Trustpilot for www.ubc.ca is people yelling about transcripts. None of that is this.

This UBC is Ultimate Branding Course. The new room is UBC AI. A $25 Skool. skool.com/ubcai. Discover Trending number 11 on August 15, 2026, with a 1k card and a live count of 1,035. Created July 22, 11:07 AM PT. They told the affiliate seed it would go public August 12. The stage photo is Dray Mijatovic. Red bob. Handheld mic. Charcoal off-shoulder. Gold hoops. The owner of record is not her. The owner is a team account, @ubc, “Ubc Course,” America/Toronto, info@ubcteam.com.

That’s the setup. Here’s the pitch, in their mouth, before I start throwing receipts.

UBC AI is the easiest way to build a profitable personal brand, create high-quality content, and monetize with AI without filming every day, being great on camera, or spending hours editing. Turn your ideas, your story, your expertise into scroll-stopping AI content that looks and feels like you. No fancy camera. No perfect lifestyle. No posting five times a day. No hours editing. AI gives you the leverage to create more without doing more, while amplifying who God already created you to be. Your AI era starts here. Twenty-five a month. Founder pricing. Expires soon.

The card is even shorter. Turn your story into 30 days of cinematic AI content and launch a brand built to attract paid opportunities. In 30 days or your money back.

I still take photos with the sun behind my head and then wonder why I look like a witness-protection silhouette. You think I’m cloning myself into a cinematic twin because a three-week-old Skool promised a 30-day refund while the parent terms say no refunds on any product, under any circumstances?

Read on for my UBC AI review.

What you’re actually clicking: a private paid Skool at skool.com/ubcai. Live sticker August 15, 2026: $25/month, “Founder Pricing — Expires Soon,” with no published next price. Live count: 1,035 / 1k, Discover Trending #11. Owner of record: team account @ubc. Dray Mijatovic is the named public face of parent UBC and a member of this group, not the owner in Skool metadata. About-page guarantee: 30 days or your money back. Parent TOS (Apr 9, 2025): no refunds on any product. Skool default: no refunds unless the creator issues one. Not the University of British Columbia. Not campus group UBC AI Safety. Do not mash the separate $499 Ultimate Branding Course onto this sub.

Who even owns this?

The Skool is owned by a team account. Display name: Ubc Course. Handle: @ubc. Bio, their words: “This profile is run by the UBC admins! You can contact us through Skool messages or info@ubcteam.com.” Account created August 30, 2023, 10:11 AM PT. Timezone field: America/Toronto. That’s a platform field, not a “we live in Toronto” bio they posted on a billboard.

Only filled social: instagram.com/ubc.community. Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, location: empty. Profile stats the day I fetched this: 60,485 Skool followers, seven groups, a “liftoff” badge. Followers are not paying members. Liftoff is not audited revenue.

The human every parent-UBC reviewer names is Dray Mijatovic. Instagram @digital.dray. Skool @dray-mijatovic-6478. Bio: “Hiiiii its Dray! The systems geek🤓 @digital.dray.” She joined Skool August 16, 2023, 4:23 PM PT. Same Toronto timezone field. 1,540 followers, 10 following, 749 contributions. Owns zero groups this pass. She is a member of UBC AI, of Ultimate Branding Course, of Daily Creator, and of several rooms that are not hers.

“Creator of UBC” is reviewer consensus. Funnelscene’s line: she’s the one you will see on the live calls, on the majority of the videos, and on any important updates. Other parent-course hosts those writeups name (Cassie, Claritza, two Isabellas, Barbara, Jasmine, Violeta) are their reporting on the $499 product. Not a staff list on the UBC AI about page.

Legal names on the parent TOS, last updated April 9, 2025: Ultimate Branding Course Inc. and Ultimate Branding Course LLC, collectively “the Supplier.” Arbitration: Ontario, Canada. Contact: info@ubcteam.com. PivotPreneur LLC is a reseller. Their own about page says they do not process UBC payments. ultimatebrandingcourse.vip is another appointment funnel. Neither is HQ.

1,035 members. Still $25. Discover Trending #11. Classroom metadata: 5 courses / 21 modules / 382 posts / 4 admins. About page still selling founder pricing that “expires soon.”

This is not the university. And it is not the $499 course.

Campus people, I already yelled at you. The other mash is the $499 course.

Ultimate Branding Course is the parent. skool.com/ubc is free to the platform. 57,352 members on August 15, 2026. Access is gated: buyers email a receipt to info@ubcteam.com. Official checkout lives off-Skool at theultimatebrandingcourse.com/home. $499 pay-in-full or $167 × 3 ($501). “Was $1000.” 85% affiliate commission. FAQ: not network marketing; resell is “entirely optional.”

That $499 is a different invoice. Do not mash it onto this $25 sub. Do not mash parent-page “$25,000.00+ in our members pockets” onto a Skool that does not publish a student-income table. Same owner account. Different product. Different price. Different refund copy. No standalone UBC AI .com this pass. Public surfaces: the Skool, the @ubc profile, parent checkout and legal, Dray’s socials.

Twenty-five dollars. A hike they will not name.

The public sticker is $25 a month. Official about page. Official join button. displayPrice 2500 USD cents, monthly. Discover card, same day: $25/mo. One public SKU. Empty membership ladder. A leftover recurringInterval: year field sits on the same object. Everything a human can click says month. I am not inventing a yearly plan because a JSON key got lonely.

Then the scarecrow.

“$25/Month Founder Pricing — Expires Soon!”

Expires soon. To what. They did not publish the next price. I am not writing a $50 hike so this section has a villain. The scarcity is the sentence. The missing number is the tell.

Parent UBC checkout $499 or 3×$167. Off-Skool. Free Skool login after you email a receipt. Different product

Fetched August 15, 2026. Product: skool.com/ubcai/about. Parent checkout: theultimatebrandingcourse.com/home. Terms: theultimatebrandingcourse.com/termsofservice. Do not write “price is about to hit $X” as a fact. They never printed X.

The 30-day sentence vs the TOS

Three layers. Do not flatten them into one hug.

Layer one. UBC AI marketing. The about-page description, August 15, 2026: “in 30 days or your money back.” That’s it. No how-to. No email. No “used / unused” test. No TOS page on the Skool. The founder-pricing line does not mention refunds.

Layer two. Parent official TOS. PDF behind theultimatebrandingcourse.com/termsofservice. Last updated April 9, 2025. Before this Skool existed. Those terms govern “any products, services, websites, course platforms, and affiliate programs” offered by Ultimate Branding Course Inc. and Ultimate Branding Course LLC. Section 2, their words: no refund policy. All sales final. No refunds, partials, or credit under any circumstances. Chargebacks mean immediate removal and “may be pursued legally.” Arbitration in Ontario. Class-action waiver. “Lifetime access” means lifetime of the program, not the buyer.

Whether an April 2025 TOS swallows a July 2026 $25 Skool is a legal question this pass cannot close. I’m flagging the fight. I’m not picking a winner so you can screenshot a verdict I don’t have a bar card for.

Layer three. Skool’s default. skool.com/legal?t=transaction §9: Skool does not provide refunds. Creators may, at their discretion. Auto-renew. Cancel anytime. Access to period end. No prorate unless a promo says so. Cancel path: help.skool.com/article/99, updated May 13, 2026.

Parent-UBC reviewers keep reporting no refunds on the $499 course “due to the license / digital nature.” That is parent. That is not a logged UBC AI claim form. I am not inventing a ticket window because the about page said “money back.”

What’s inside

I did not buy it. About-page list and platform counts. Not a logged-in audit. Not a gold star from the hallway.

Their public bullets, August 15, 2026:

  • Build your realistic AI Influencer / Clone
  • Create AI photos, videos, reels + B-roll
  • Create AI UGC content for brands + products
  • Personal branding + content systems
  • Plug-and-play prompts, scripts + templates
  • Beginner-friendly AI tutorials
  • Monetize through UGC, brand deals, affiliates + digital products
  • Live trainings + community support
  • New AI tools + strategies added regularly

Live Skool metadata the same afternoon: 5 courses, 21 modules, 382 posts, 4 admins, 3 rules. Classroom on. Calendar on. Map on. Audio-chat off. Private. Native member-affiliate cut: 50%. No public classroom grid. Titles are behind the paywall. I am not pasting parent UBC’s 32-module list into this classroom so it looks fatter.

www3, the stale affiliate-seed page, promised an Affiliate Marketing SOP, ready-to-post scripts, a content strategy, a daily game plan, ahead of the August 12 public date. That copy is not on the live consumer about page. Treat it as pre-public launch promo, not a syllabus I sat through.

Not independently verified: live-training cadence, “new tools regularly,” clone quality, any paid-opportunity placements, the three unpublished rules. Income talk on this page is “profitable personal brand” and “paid opportunities.” No dollar figures. No student-income table. The God line is their copy. I am not secularizing it, and I am not turning it into a church they never claimed.

A 5.0 that is two days old

There is no Reddit thread, no Trustpilot, no BBB file, and no YouTube review of UBC AI this pass. I’m not inventing a Reddit uncle. I’m not laundering parent-UBC MRR skepticism as a verdict on a room that did not exist in June.

What exists is Skool’s native widget. Metadata: 5.0 average, 14 reviews. Public widget this pass returned five of those fourteen. All five stars. All memberCurrentlyPaying: true. All dated August 13 or 14. One to two days after the claimed August 12 public launch.

Cikizwa Vezile joined seventeen minutes before reviewing and asked, “Now that I have joined, what happens next?” That’s a question. Not a result. Chantel Vazquez morgan, member since July 30: “I love this community .. whenever you have questions they answer you… creating my AI Twin is a addicting.” Paying member, writing about herself. Krystal Murray: empty body, five stars, member since July 30. Branddi Ditore: empty body, five stars, joined the same day. Tawa Alawoe: “I can’t wait to grow with this community by using my God given gifts…” Anticipation. Not a payout screenshot.

A two-day-old 5.0 with empty bodies and a “what happens next?” is a widget. Not a census. No Skoolmakers / SkoolRadar / NextStair listing found this pass.

Lawsuits, FTC, BBB, news: none found this pass for UBC AI, skool.com/ubcai, Dray Mijatovic, @digital.dray, Ultimate Branding Course Inc., Ultimate Branding Course LLC, ubcteam, or info@ubcteam.com. I am not importing campus suits or generic MRR “pyramid” commentary so this feels like a Netflix category. “None found this pass” is not “clean forever.”

Who this is for (and who should skip)

This is for you if:

  • You already wanted an AI-clone / UGC classroom and $25 beats another YouTube rabbit hole
  • You can cancel a Skool sub without calling your mom
  • You understand “30 days of cinematic AI content” is their card, not your September
  • You will treat “Founder Pricing — Expires Soon” as a sentence, not a fire alarm, because they never printed the next price

Skip if:

  • You thought this was the University of British Columbia, UBC AI Safety, or the $499 Ultimate Branding Course
  • You need a refund window that isn’t a marketing sentence fighting a no-refund TOS and a no-refund platform
  • You need student reviews, a Trustpilot, or a YouTube teardown before you swipe. Those are not here
  • You joined because Dray’s face is on the stage photo and you assumed she owns the login. She doesn’t, not in the metadata

Verdict?

UBC AI is a real $25 Skool on a real team account attached to a real 2023 branding course. The initials look expensive. The room is three weeks old. The face on the hero is Dray. The owner of record is @ubc. Those can all be true at once.

The pitch is cinematic clones, UGC, brand deals, affiliates, and “who God already created you to be.” That’s their copy. I did not sit in the classroom. I did not watch anyone book a brand deal from module three. The 5.0 is a two-day widget. The Affiliate Army page is still sitting on www3 like a costume they forgot to take off. The 30-day money-back line is a sentence. The parent TOS is a PDF that says no. Skool’s default is no. I am not calling that a scam. I am calling it a fight they published on two different porches.

$25 is cheap enough that “scam” needs a receipt I do not have. The gap is age, proof, and a refund promise that argues with the paperwork. Don’t pay $499 thinking you just bought this. Don’t pay $25 thinking you just enrolled at ubc.ca.

Six out of ten if you wanted the clone tutorials and can cancel. Three if the 30-day hug is why you came.

I’m good.

Q&A

Q: Is this the University of British Columbia?
A: No. ubc.ca is a public research university in British Columbia. Same three letters. Different institution, different “AI.” If a campus map sent you, you have wandered into a $25 Skool like a tourist who followed the wrong Uber.

Q: UBC AI Safety? The campus group?
A: Also not this. Student / campus AI-alignment group. Slack, reading groups, Lucy and Josh, EA Forum writeup. If that’s the tab you wanted, close this one.

Q: Is UBC AI a scam?
A: I didn’t find a regulator hammer, a lawsuit, a Trustpilot, a BBB file, or a Reddit thread for this community. I found a cheap public price, a founder-price scarecrow with no next number, a 30-day money-back sentence, a parent TOS that says no refunds on any product, a two-day-old 5.0 widget, and a room that is about 24 days old. “Oversells the hug, maybe useful if you already wanted AI-clone tutorials” is a different zip code than “fake company.” Don’t flatten those.

Q: How much does UBC AI cost?
A: $25/month on the live official about page, August 15, 2026. Confirm on the cart you actually see. “Founder Pricing — Expires Soon” is their scarcity copy. They did not publish the next price. I am not inventing one.

Q: Founder pricing expires soon. To what?
A: They will not say. No hike-to sticker on the about page, the join CTA, or Discover. A leftover JSON field says year while everything a human can click says month. Ignore the leftover. Do not write a $50 cliff I did not watch go live.

Q: Who is Dray Mijatovic?
A: The named public face of parent Ultimate Branding Course. IG @digital.dray. Skool @dray-mijatovic-6478. Bio: systems geek. Joined Skool August 16, 2023. Funnelscene: she’s the one on the live calls, most of the videos, the important updates. Reviewer consensus says she created UBC. Skool metadata says she owns zero groups and is a member of UBC AI. Quote the gap. Don’t close it for them.

Q: Does Dray own UBC AI?
A: Not in the metadata. Owner of record is the team account @ubc / Ubc Course. Dray is a member. That’s official platform data, August 15, 2026. “Creator of UBC” is what other reviewers keep typing. Those are not the same sentence.

Q: Who is @ubc?
A: Team profile. “This profile is run by the UBC admins.” Email info@ubcteam.com. Created August 30, 2023, 10:11 AM PT. America/Toronto. 60,485 Skool followers the day I looked. Seven groups. Instagram @ubc.community. That’s the public file.

Q: Ultimate Branding Course vs UBC AI?
A: Parent UBC = $499 (or 3×$167) off-Skool, free Skool at skool.com/ubc, 57,352 members, launched 2023. UBC AI = $25/month Skool at skool.com/ubcai, 1,035 members, created July 22, 2026. Same owner account. Different product. Different price. Different refund copy. Do not mash them.

Q: PivotPreneur? ultimatebrandingcourse.vip?
A: Resellers. PivotPreneur LLC’s about page says they do not process UBC payments. The .vip domain is an appointment funnel. HQ language on the official TOS is Ultimate Branding Course Inc. and Ultimate Branding Course LLC. Ontario. info@ubcteam.com.

Q: Refund?
A: UBC AI about page: 30 days or your money back. No how-to. Parent TOS, April 9, 2025: no refunds, any product, any circumstance. Skool default: no refunds unless the creator issues one. Cancel anytime, access through the period you paid for, no prorate. I am not inventing a claim form. If a 30-day hug is why you’re swiping, get the process in writing or assume you bought a sentence.

Q: What’s actually inside?
A: Their public list: AI influencer/clone, photos/reels/UGC, prompts, branding systems, beginner tutorials, monetize via UGC / brand deals / affiliates / digital products, live trainings, “new tools regularly.” Live metadata August 15, 2026: 5 courses, 21 modules, 382 posts, 4 admins. I did not log in. I am not handing out gold stars from the about page.

Q: Reddit? Trustpilot? BBB? YouTube reviews?
A: Not found this pass for this community. Native widget is 5.0 from 14 reviews, two days old, five of them public, including empties and a “what happens next?” Parent-UBC YouTube and Reddit exist. Those are about the $499 course. Don’t glue them onto this login.

Q: Any lawsuits?
A: None found this pass. Do not borrow University of British Columbia suits, ubc.ca Trustpilot, or a random FTC “digital income” PDF that surfaces on a loose name search. Different entities. Different invoices.

Q: How many members?
A: 1,035 official on August 15, 2026, about 3:00 PM PT. Card says 1k. Discover #11. Older souvenirs: 947 on a member card, 214 and 211 on www3. Parent UBC is 57,352. @ubc’s 60,485 followers are not this headcount. Date every figure. Free admins, comps, and affiliates can sit in totalMembers.

Q: What was the Affiliate Army?
A: www3.skool.com/ubcai/about still shows pre-public copy: “WELCOME TO THE UBC AI AFFILIATE ARMY,” access before the rest of the world, “On August 12th, UBC AI goes public,” plus an Affiliate Marketing SOP, scripts, content strategy, daily game plan. 211 members on that cache. Live www about page no longer says that. 50% is Skool-native referral, not a second tuition tier.

Q: Daily Creator?
A: Third owned Skool. Same @ubc. Created December 19, 2025. Free. 3 members. Archived. Pitch: think like a creator, post with intention, turn content into a scalable digital business. Not linked from the UBC AI about page. Don’t pay $25 thinking you bought that stub.

Q: Is this a church?
A: No affiliation I found. The about page says AI amplifies “who God already created you to be.” That’s their copy. Tawa’s widget review talks about God-given gifts. I am not baptizing a Skool, and I am not deleting the sentence because it makes a secular landing page itchy.

Q: Dray Mijatovic net worth?
A: Anybody quoting a clean number is doing fan fiction. 1,035 members at $25 is a ceiling, not a take-home, and Skool followers are not paying members. Parent UBC’s 57k is a different counter. I still lose Amazon boxes in the hallway. You think I’m opening her Mercury?

Q: How do I stalk this like a normal person?
A: Community skool.com/ubcai. Team profile @ubc. Dray @dray-mijatovic-6478 and instagram.com/digital.dray. Parent checkout theultimatebrandingcourse.com/home. Don’t camp info@ubcteam.com. Join like an adult or don’t.

Q: Who should not buy this?
A: Anyone who thought $25 was tuition at ubc.ca. Anyone who needs a refund process in writing. Anyone who will treat “expires soon” like a smoke alarm when they never printed the next price. Anyone who needs a student-review pile that does not exist yet. Anyone who wanted the $499 branding course and ended up in the AI spin-off by accident. Anyone who wanted the campus safety Slack.

Q: Okay but I still wanna make money online without paying a three-week-old Skool to clone my face, then arguing with a TOS that says the 30-day hug never happened.
A: Wild concept: build little local websites, rank them in Google, and rent the leads to real businesses. No cinematic twin. No founder-price countdown. No PDF in Ontario that says all sales are final while the about page smiles.

It’s about as sexy as organizing the junk drawer… which is why filthy SEO goblins like me keep doing it.

If that quieter path sounds less insane than locking in twenty-five dollars because the initials look like a university and the refund fights the paperwork, start at unemployable.org.
