The about page at Imperium Acquisition wants you to sit with Charlie Morgan’s worst day.
Wired Apple headphones. Low-paid marketing internship. Cold calls. The day after he told his parents he’d dropped out of university. For good.
Then the punchline: alongside co-founder Baudouin Borghans, Imperium is now a 30 million dollar consulting powerhouse.
Two words, they say. Levels > Devils.
I still treat a missed call from my landlord like a federal indictment. You think I’m ready for High Ticket Heaven?
If you Googled imperium acquisition reviews and landed here, good. If you Googled charlie morgan imperium academy because a Skool tile promised a free path to 10k a month, also good. Same Charlie. Different doors. Very different invoices.
Read on for my Charlie Morgan / Imperium review.
Here’s the pitch. In his mouth. Before I start throwing receipts.
Client acquisition is easy once you have systems. Mindset. Offer. Appointment setting. Deal closing. Inbound, outbound, paid. AI now, because 2023’s “15 systems” needed a new hat.
The front door is free. Imperium Academy on Skool. Tens of thousands of people in a community that used to say “agency or coaching” and now also says AI Agency Builder. First client in six weeks. Step-by-step to 10k a month. Currently free. Might be paid soon.
Behind that door: EasyGrow 2.0. Organic, AI-based systems. Hundreds of qualified appointments a month. Grow to six and multi-six figures.
Then Acquisition Nirvana, for the 100k / 250k / 500k / 750k / 1M-a-month crowd.
Then High Ticket Heaven, where Charlie and Bau work with you and you scale to 8+ figures in a small group that sounds like a timeshare for people who already have a closer.
Homepage scoreboard: 2,000+ students. 1,000+ six-figure students. 300+ millionaire students.
I did not audit the millionaires. I also did not audit the 30 million. Or the 40 million CEO line on Skool. Those came out of their mouths.
Got it? Good.
imperium-agency-uk; email help@theimperiumagency.com). Front door: free Imperium Academy on Skool (skool.com/academy, ~73k members, “might be paid soon”). Paid ladder: EasyGrow 2.0 → Acquisition Nirvana → High Ticket Heaven. It is not a done-for-you agency. It is not some other Imperium Labs in biotech. IG: @charliemorganbiz. YT: @charliemofficial.Who even is Charlie Morgan?
Charles Joseph Morgan on the UK filing. Born April 1998, so he’s about 28 and already talking like a man who invented calendars. Co-founder of Imperium Acquisition. London. Black t-shirt, whiteboard marker, Casio energy. The homepage photo is him mid-sentence, like the plant behind him is about to take notes.
Co-founder: Baudouin Berend Borghans. Dutch. Born May 2001. Also about 25 and already a “co-founder of a 30 million dollar consulting powerhouse,” which is a lot of title for two guys who still list a Leyland accountant as the registered office.
Origin story, the short version, from their about page: dropout. Internship. Cold calls. Then the glow-up. Third-party recaps add the extra lore — marketing business at 18, apprenticeship of ~200 cold calls a day, met Bau on Facebook around 2017, freelance to agency. That’s the legend they publish and other people retell. I was not in the call center with a stopwatch.
Before Imperium they had Northflow Consulting — gym growth. Bau’s LinkedIn still says 350+ gym owners. In 2023 Charlie’s pitch said Northflow did about 100k a month and Imperium / EasyGrow about 500k a month, “all from organic,” even though I found him through a YouTube ad. File those monthly numbers next to the vision board.
LinkedIn company blurb: 30–40 employees, founded 2020, headquartered in London, people in 13 countries. Hiring posts in 2026 still say the founders are in London. That’s the one part that looks like a real shop and not a PDF.

Please pick a name and sit still
Homeboy has more Imperiums than I have matching Tupperware lids.
Imperium Acquisition is the current storefront. That’s the site. That’s the brand on the homepage.
Imperium Academy is the free Skool. Front door. Lead magnet with 80 hours of “world-class business training from a 40M CEO” stuffed into a community that also wants to be an AI agency school now. If you only wanted the free login, you’re not buying EasyGrow. You’re the top of the funnel wearing a student hat.
Imperium Agency is the old name that won’t die. LinkedIn company slug is still imperium-agency-uk. Internal docs used to say © Imperium Agency, permission from Imperium Labs LTD. The support email is still help@theimperiumagency.com. Ippei’s 2026 recap says the first paid program was Imperium Agency, now EasyGrow. Same shop. New label. Don’t Google “agency” and accidentally hire a different Imperium that builds websites for dentists.
Imperium Labs LTD is the UK company. 13654930. Active. Incorporated 30 September 2021. SIC code: other information technology service activities, which is Companies House for “we sell software-shaped coaching.” Registered office is C/O Taxgem Ltd, 67 Hough Lane, Leyland. Charlie and Bau are the directors. Since August 2023 the person with significant control is Imperium Labs Holdings Ltd. That’s the filing. That’s not a Roman legion.
There are other Imperiums on this earth. Biotech labs. Random agencies. A drummer named Charlie Morgan who is not this Charlie. If your search results smell like a defense contractor, you took a wrong turn at the Colosseum.
| Name you Googled | What it actually is | Invoice? |
|---|---|---|
| Imperium Academy | Free Skool. ~73k members. Now also “AI Agency Builder.” First client in 6 weeks copy. | Free (for now) |
| EasyGrow 2.0 | Paid flagship. Organic / AI appointment systems. 6 & multi-6 figures language. | Call — reviews say 9–15k |
| Acquisition Nirvana | Scale to 100k–1M/mo. Sales-team methods. Team “works alongside you.” | Call |
| High Ticket Heaven | Small group. 8+ figures. Charlie and Bau in the room. | Call |
| Imperium Labs LTD | UK company 13654930. The legal wrapper. Not the Skool. | Filing, not a course |

What you’re actually buying
Not a done-for-you agency. Not “we book the calls and you nap.” Charlie’s 2023 line was “you’re paying for systems.” Students heard “done for you.” What they got was: here’s how to install outbound, inbound, and paid, plus a VA-shaped Loom video, plus GoHighLevel, plus ads modules, plus mindset so you don’t quit when the calendar is empty.
Ippei’s 2026 inventory of EasyGrow (his list, not a PDF I stole from their members area): Acquisition Genesis, Self Transcendence, Sales Systems, Outbound, Inbound, Paid, Agency Service Delivery, GoHighLevel, Google Ads, Masterclasses, Facebook Ads, Consulting Nirvana, coaching-call recordings. Thirteen dishes. The unique garnish people keep mentioning is the semi-personalized Loom — same audio, VA films the prospect’s website, embed, send. That’s a trick. It’s not a new law of physics.
The 2023 guarantee was spicy: 20 high-ticket clients in 180 days or your money back plus 5,000 from their pocket. “If you don’t sign clients, we lose money.” Also: “pay-per-results.” Also: you pay upfront. Those sentences should meet. They have not.
What that guarantee actually measures, when it still shows up in 2026 writeups: whether you can prove you implemented the systems the way the contract wants. Reddit-via-Ippei: one person said the stipulations are almost impossible. Another said they got a refund after running out of time and did not mention the extra 5k. Another paid and signed zero clients in a year. That’s not me in their Stripe. That’s the complaint pile.
About-page EasyGrow still talks like a 10k–18k a month machine. Homepage EasyGrow 2.0 talks like hundreds of qualified appointments. Academy talks like first client in six weeks and 10k/mo. Pick a fantasy and date it.
| Claim in the pitch | What it actually measures |
|---|---|
| 30M consulting powerhouse / 40M CEO | About page + Skool copy. Self-reported. A 2025 YouTube recap has Charlie saying ~10M/year. Those cannot all be the same animal. |
| 2,000 students / 1,000 six-figure / 300 millionaires | Homepage scoreboard. Their graphic. Not a 10-K. Not me in 300 bank apps. |
| 20 clients in 180 days | 2023 EasyGrow guarantee language. Still repeated in 2026 reviews. Implementation paperwork, not a vending machine. |
| Refund + 5k / pay-per-results | You pay first. Refund is stipulated. “We lose money if you don’t” is a slogan. |
| First client in 6 weeks / 10k a month | Free Academy marketing. Funnel copy. Not a placement report. |
| 350M client revenue from a mindset module | Charlie’s LinkedIn, June 2026. His post. His number. |
About: imperiumacquisition.com/about. Academy copy fetched August 2026. 2023 guarantee from the EasyGrow VSL I wrote up then.
The free Academy is doing a lot of work
Skool listing I fetched: 73.6k members. Free. Also: “First 2 Weeks FREE,” which is a weird thing to print on a free community unless you’re training people for the upsell. Main site still says “FREE now. Might be paid soon.” That’s a countdown timer made of words.
What’s inside, per their bullets: 42 videos, 80 hours, 300+ docs, the entire A–Z sales script that “made me 40M+ selling online,” two secret appointment systems, live community, high-ticket offer training. Bonus value language: +30k, +10k. That’s DVD-table math. The login is still free.
Is the free stuff actually dense? Other reviewers who sat in it say yes — outreach frameworks, volume, mindset, a lot of homework. I’m not going to pretend 80 hours of Charlie talking is empty air. I’m also not going to pretend a 73k Skool is a mentorship. Direct coaching at that layer is “post in the community.” Charlie is not your accountability buddy for zero dollars. He’s the guy at the top of the zip line.
Trustpilot is a pile. About 4.8 stars on something like 1,100 reviews, depending which country page you hit. Plenty of those reviews are people thanking the free Academy for a first client. Plenty more read like they just left a sales call. Ippei called the pile “mixed credibility, potentially manipulated.” I’m not a forensic Trustpilot scientist. I am a person who has seen a 4.8 with a thousand reviews before and still found the 1-stars hiding in the basement: refund denied, no clients after paying, “the free course is bait.”
No FTC case. No SEC case. Companies House says the company is active. Don’t invent a courtroom so this feels like a Netflix true-crime thumbnail.
How much, and why won’t they just say it
Academy: free. For now. Might be paid soon. Write that on a sticky note.
EasyGrow / Nirvana / Heaven: not on the public page. Book a call. In 2023 a Trustpilot reviewer said 12,000. 2026 writeups still say 9k to 12k, sometimes 15k, plus whispers of a monthly continuity. I cannot print a cart I cannot see. Confirm on the call. Screenshot it. Then screenshot the refund paragraph, because the spicy guarantee and the contract have a history of not being roommates.
If 12k is a rounding error because you already have an agency and a setter, you’re the customer they wrote EasyGrow for. If 12k is rent, you’re the customer the free Academy was built to warm up.
Who this is for (and who should skip)
This is for you if:
- You already sell a high-ticket thing (agency, coaching, consulting, course) and your actual problem is a quiet calendar
- You understand “systems” means you install outbound / inbound / paid, not Charlie’s team running your CRM while you sleep
- You can live with a free Skool that is obviously a funnel, and you wanted the videos anyway
- 9–15k (if that’s still the number they quote you) is a business expense, not a personality crisis
Skip if:
- You thought Imperium Academy was the product and you’re about to finance EasyGrow because a countdown said “might be paid soon”
- You wanted done-for-you clients and you heard “pay-per-results”
- You don’t have an offer, a niche, or a stomach for cold outreach that includes Loom-ing strangers
- You Googled “Imperium Labs” and thought this was a science company
Verdict?
Charlie is a real operator. Bau is a real co-founder. Imperium Labs LTD is a real UK company. The free Academy is a real, enormous Skool. EasyGrow is a real paid program that other people have paid five figures for. None of that makes 20 clients in 180 days a vending machine, and none of it makes 300 millionaires a census.
The 2023 pitch was “systems, not a course,” with a guarantee that sounded like they lose if you lose. The 2026 site is the same idea with AI on the label, a free front door the size of a small town, and a scoreboard that needs its own zip code. Price is still behind a call. Refund is still a paperwork sport.
Not a scam per se. Not a 30 million dollar audited anything I can see. Useful if you already have something to sell and you wanted a very loud education in booking appointments. If you thought the free Academy was the whole business, sit down. That’s the sample platter. The entrée still doesn’t print a price.
I’m good.
Q&A
Q: Is Charlie Morgan legit?
A: Real person. Real UK director filing. Real YouTube. Real Skool with tens of thousands of people. The 30M / 40M / 10M-a-year talk is self-reported and it doesn’t even agree with itself. Legit operator. Spicy scoreboard. Those can both be true.
Q: Is Imperium Acquisition a scam?
A: I didn’t find an FTC or SEC hammer. I found a free funnel, a paid ladder, a guarantee with homework, and a Trustpilot that looks like a pep rally with a few refund ghosts in the back. “Oversells the millionaire graphic / useful if you already have an offer” lives in a different zip code than “fake company.” Don’t flatten those.
Q: Is Imperium Academy the same as EasyGrow?
A: No. Sit down. Academy = free Skool, first-client-in-6-weeks copy, AI Agency Builder branding. EasyGrow = the paid flagship. Nirvana and Heaven are the rungs after that. If a closer treats the free login like a trial for a 12k invoice, that’s the business model, not a glitch.
Q: Imperium Agency vs Labs vs Acquisition vs Academy. I have a headache.
A: Acquisition = storefront. Academy = free Skool. Agency = old brand that still lives in the LinkedIn URL and the support email. Labs LTD = the UK company on Companies House. Same two founders. Don’t send a wire to a random “Imperium Labs” that makes reagents.
Q: How much does EasyGrow cost?
A: They will not print it. 2023 Trustpilot receipt: 12k. 2026 reviews: 9–12k, sometimes 15k, maybe a monthly. Confirm on the call you actually get. Then ask what happens if you do the homework and still have a quiet calendar.
Q: What’s the 20 clients in 180 days thing?
A: The 2023 EasyGrow guarantee. Money back plus 5k if you don’t. Also “pay-per-results,” except you pay first. 2026 writeups still repeat it. The fine print people complain about is “prove you implemented the systems.” That’s a guarantee with a pop quiz.
Q: Did he really do 30 million? 40 million? 10 million a year?
A: About page: 30M consulting powerhouse. Skool: 40M CEO / 40M+ selling online. A 2025 YouTube recap: Charlie saying ~10M/year. LinkedIn: 350M in client revenue from a mindset module. Anybody quoting one clean number is picking a poster. I can barely keep oat milk in the fridge. You think I’m opening his Barclays?
Q: 300 millionaire students. That’s a lot of millionaires.
A: Homepage graphic. Self-reported. Same energy as “1,000+ six-figure students.” I have not been in 300 brokerage accounts. Neither have you. Treat it like a stadium jumbotron.
Q: Who is Baudouin Borghans?
A: Co-founder. Dutch. May 2001. Northflow gyms, then Imperium. The guy in the about-page photo with the thumbs-up and the water bottle while Charlie holds takeout. Not a silent partner in the marketing. Heaven is the tier where they say Charlie and Bau work with you.
Q: Is Northflow still a thing?
A: It was the gym-growth shop. 2023 pitch used it as proof of life (100k/mo). Bau’s LinkedIn still mentions 350+ gym owners. I’m not doing a separate gym-funnel autopsy tonight. Different product. Don’t mash the gym accelerator into the EasyGrow login.
Q: Trustpilot looks amazing. So we’re good?
A: 4.8 on ~1,100 reviews is a very shiny object. Some of those reviews are about the free Academy. Some read like they were written in the parking lot after a close. Read the 1-stars anyway: refunds, no clients, bait-and-upsell. Trustpilot is not a priest.
Q: What’s a semi-personalized Loom?
A: Same pitch audio. A VA films the prospect’s website. They stitch it. You send it. That’s the “nobody else is doing this” outreach trick people keep describing. It’s clever. It is not worth 12k by itself unless you were going to pay 12k for a closer’s brain anyway.
Q: Charlie Morgan net worth?
A: Anybody quoting a clean number is LARPing. 30M is a company claim on an about page. 40M is Skool copy. 10M/year is a YouTube sentence. I am not in his Monzo.
Q: How do I stalk him like a normal person?
A: instagram.com/charliemorganbiz. YouTube @charliemofficial. Product imperiumacquisition.com. Academy skool.com/academy. Don’t Baby Reindeer the man. Watch the VSL like an adult.
Q: Who should not buy this?
A: Beginners with no offer and a dream. People who heard “20 clients” and pictured a concierge. People who thought the free Academy was the whole invoice. People who wanted Meta ads managed for them. If you don’t already have something to sell, this is a very expensive calendar app.
Q: Okay but I still wanna make money online without Loom-ing strangers until they book a call.
A: Wild concept: build little local websites, rank them in Google, and rent the leads to real businesses. No Skool. No 300 millionaires graphic. No “might be paid soon.”
It’s about as sexy as organizing the junk drawer… which is why filthy SEO goblins like me keep doing it.
